Liver Flush 3

Liver & GB Flush 3 - December 24th – 2008

It has been 10 days since my 1st & 2nd Liver & GB Flush.

I did another Liver Gallbladder Flush last night. I fasted all day yesterday and had a Colonic at 12:30pm. I took almost a cup of Olive Oil last night, mixed with fresh squeezed Lemon and Orange Juice.

It’s 9:46am. I just had my second meeting with the toilet and have had only liquid so far coming out. It’s very brown but very much like water. I didn’t pass any Gallstones the first Bowel Movement. This last Bowel Movement I passed what looked like one large Gallstone. It was jagged and could be at least partially responsible for the discomfort I have been feeling the last few days.

I decided to do this Flush early. You are only supposed to Flush every 3 or 4 weeks to give the Liver a chance to heal and readjust. Imagine that you are performing surgery on your Liver. You are removing all kinds of debris that was in the Liver and the Liver has to now get used to all the new space that you have helped to create by removing the Gallstones and also to heal and regenerate itself. I read some feedback online after I began to feel several “Gallstone Attacks” and the advice was to Flush right away and not to wait in case a large Gallstone has moved into the Common Bile Duct and is stuck. That is what could be causing the “Attacks”.

The Gallstone I just passed was about half an inch across by almost an inch in length. It was somewhat flat-like. I was a little blown away at how big it was and stared at it in the toilet for a while after I had gone to the bathroom.

We'll see what happens as I continue to visit the toilet this morning. Last night was a pretty rough night. I definitely don't sleep well on these Flush nights. I am really looking forward to a healthier and cleaner Liver and Gallbladder though.

More to come!

Update:

Round three on the toilet! Two more stones and lots of dark brownish greenish colored water. One stone was pea sized and the other was rice sized.

Let's hope we get more to come!

Update:

No more stones came out during this Flush. I’m a little disappointed but I feel better. I’m glad the large stone was passed. I don’t have any more feelings of pain in my Liver & Gallbladder region.
